SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We generally ship orders in New Zealand via New Zealand Couriers. You can track your order through New Zealand Couriers’ Track & Trace page.

While we will use reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

However where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

Goods supplied within New Zealand

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Goods are at the Buyer’s risk from the time we first attempt to deliver these to the Buyer’s specified address, whether delivery is successful or not. We remain the owner of the Goods supplied until you have paid in full, all amounts you owe us for those Goods.

We generally try to supply goods within New Zealand within 2-3 working days of accepting a purchase. However timeframes may vary due to stock availability and shipping arrangements.

Please confirm any required delivery timeframes with us in advance of placing your order. Smart Mounts NZ Limited cannot be held accountable for shipping delays caused by supply or delivery companies.

Goods supplied outside of New Zealand

For purchases delivered outside of New Zealand please contact us to agree shipping cost and arrangements prior to placing your order.

If you purchase from us from overseas, or ask us to ship your order to an address outside of New Zealand, Smart Mounts NZ limited are not responsible for any additional delivery costs associated with overseas delivery, including local taxes, customs/import duties and fees, local delivery, or any others.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order from us for a full refund at any time prior to the order being dispatched to you from our premises.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.

 

RETURNS

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller in writing if the Goods are damaged or incorrect, within 10 working days of delivery.

Items which have been damaged or incorrect items received will either be refunded or exchanged at our discretion, if returned within the 10 working day period. Reasonable return postage fees will be refunded back to the buyer.

We trust you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason the goods are not to your satisfaction, please notify us and request a return within 7 working days of receiving your item. If you fail to notify us of your intention to return the goods within this time, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. If your return request is not because the goods have been received in a damaged condition or because you have received incorrect items, a 10% restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will not refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning goods to us. Any restocking fee charged will be deducted from your refund or credit note.

All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags (etc) still attached (except for defective or fautly products) and must be returned along with any accompanying accessories and documentation.

Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty on receipt, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Discount codes & vouchers If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
